Cancellation Policy


We keep track of all cancellation, rescheduling, and no shows per client. After 10 last minute cancellations, reschedules, or no shows the guest is requested to pay 50% of their next scheduled appointment in order to rebook. The deposit amount paid during the time of booking will go toward your service. Please let us know before 24 hours if you need to make changes to your appointment time. 

Refund Policy: 

Gift Cards expire 2 years after purchase date. 


To return a product, the product needs to be in its original packaging and received in the same condition to be considered eligible for a refund. We accept returns on unused/unopened products within 30 days of purchase date.


Services, packages and gift cards are not eligible for refund.
